If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return instructions included in your merchandise package(s) or below. Ship the item(s) within 60 days from the date on your invoice, in the original package, and using a carrier that provides tracking services. Sweers Home Products will promptly credit your account for the amount of the merchandise once we receive the returned merchandise and the original packing slip with the Returned Items section completed.
To make a return:
  • Use the “Sweers Home Products Returns” address label found on your packing slip, or e-mail us at: sweershomeproducts@yahoo.com
  • Complete the Returned Items section on your packing slip
  • Ship all items postage paid and insured. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except when the item(s) is defective.

The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit via original form of payment less shipping charges.
